<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge system for use of two-dimensional code. <P>SOLUTION: The charge system for use of the image information in electronic commerce is provided for giving a predetermined charge to a trade information sender according to the number of hits that the user of the information scans image information added to a medium such as space or commodity provided by the sender of trade information with the use of a device for scanning in electronic commerce where information on advertisement, presentation, and trade of merchandise is transmitted/received through public communication lines.
