<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive sheet having a specific structure, excellent in transparency, conductivity, and durability when used for an electrode of a solar cell, taking out current efficiently, capable of voltage control, and to provide a photosensitive solar cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive sheet, composed of a part having a transparent base body, the transparent conductive thin film layer, and a conductive mesh layer, and a part composed of a transparent base body, has a plurality of transparent conductive layers insulated from each other, and the transparent conductive layer has high transparency and high conductivity. (1) It is at least composed of a transparent conductive part (I) composed of the transparent base body (A), the transparent conductive thin film layer with a thickness of 1 to 100 nm (B), and the conductive mesh layer (C), having a structure that the transparent conductive thin film layer (B) is electrically connected to the conductive mesh layer (C); and a part (II) composed of the transparent base body (A). (2) Preferably, the transparent conductive part (I) has an island-shaped structure. (3) Preferably, the transparent base body (A) is a polymeric sheet (A1).
