<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging object moving device with the imaging device for individually picking up an image of the object under a plurality of illumination conditions by using a single imaging means by making the object relatively pass once. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device comprises an illumination means for transmission, a funnel-shaped illumination means 32a, an illumination means for reflection 32b and a side illumination means 32c for irradiating lights to a component C from a plurality of directions and a single camera 30 for imaging the component C. The imaging device has an imaging control means for controlling irradiating directions and irradiation timing of lights of each illumination means and scanning timing of the camera 30, sequentially switching over the light in every irradiating direction for the component C at every scanning of the camera 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
