PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading heat-insulating net excellent in corrosion resistance, usable at the same time as a shading heat-insulating net due to have two kinds of abilities, i.e., the inside and the outside mutually different in appearance and reflectance, and usable through changing reflectance in order to obtain shading heat-insulating properties to be the most suitable according to time, the weather, the season, a usage and a use area, and to provide a shading heat-insulating tape to be used for the shading heat-insulating net. SOLUTION: The shading heat-insulating net is obtained by knitting and weaving using the shading heat-insulating tape. The tape is such one that an aluminum layer is formed on one side of a plastic film, a corrosion-resistant, heterochromatic and heterogeneous metallic layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum layer, a high density drawn polyethlene film is formed on the corrosion-resistant, heterochromatic and heterogeneous metallic layer.
