RESISTIVE CROSS POINT MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calibrate a read-out circuit, and to shorten its calibration time. SOLUTION: A resistive cross point memory (20) is disclosed. The resistive cross point memory (20) includes an array (22) of memory cells (26) and a read circuit. The read circuit (24) is configured to sense resistance of the memory cell (26) in the array of memory cells (26) to obtain a sense result and calibrate the read circuit (24) based on the sensed result.
