PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge capable of preventing contact between a disk recording medium and a cartridge even when an environmental change occurs in a structure in which a inner shell is disposed in the shell. SOLUTION: This disk cartridge is provided with shells 21 and 22 for receiving an optical disk 3 rotatably in a shielded state, and an inner shell 4 arranged in the shell and having a ring part projected on an outer periphery so as to form a space for the optical disk, and the inner shell is made of a metal material having heat resistance and little deformation or a heat-resistant plastic material having a load distortion temperature 135°C or more.
