PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply that is provided with a power source battery and a capacitor in parallel, and can optimize the charge and discharge of the capacitor in accordance with a load state. SOLUTION: This hybrid power supply in which the capacitor 12 is connected in parallel to the power source battery 11 is provided with the power source battery 11 and a one-way conduction circuit (a diode D1) connected in series to one side or both sides of the capacitor 12.
