PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safety rank of P2 for overseas standard, and to obtain stable capacitor characteristics in a dry capacitor of filled resin. SOLUTION: In a safety test for obtaining rank P2 safety for oversea standard, fuses at the curved part of a capacitor element has had larger influence on the capacitor characteristics, In this capacitor, the number of fuses at the curved part of the capacitor element which has had large influence on the capacitor characteristic and the ratio of the full length of the curved part to the full length of the fuses are set to be in a fixed range, to obtain the stable capacitor characteristics.
