PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit mounting substrate that can effectively evade the problem of heat generation by an integrated circuit with a small-sized and lightweight constitution and a display device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: On the integrated circuit mounted substrate 1 where the integrated circuit 4 is mounted and wires 8 and 9 electrically connected to the integrated circuit 4 are formed, a heat radiation pattern 14 for radiating heat generated by the integrated circuit 4 is arranged where the wires 8 and 9 are not formed.
