PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool capable of stabilizing contact pressure of a contact pin, and easily replacing the contact pin. SOLUTION: The inspection tool comprises a contact pin 110 with flexibility and elasticity, a head part for retaining the contact pin 110 not-fixedly, and an electrode part having a connecting electrode for conductively abutting the contact pin 110. The contact pin 110 is made of a conductive wire having a tip end part 110a to be abutted to an inspected object, and a base end part 110b to be abutted to the electrode part. The head part has first retaining holes 121a, 122a, for retaining the tip end part side of the contact pin 110, second retaining holes for retaining the base end part of the contact pin 110 so that the base end part is aligned to the connecting electrode, and a gap for providing a flex margin to the contact pin 110 arranged between the first retaining holes 121a, 122a, and the second retaining holes. A shift status (b) in which the first retaining holes 121a, 122a and the second retaining holes are shifted in a planar direction and an alignment status (a)in which the first retaining holes 121a, 122a and the second retaining holes are overlapped in a planar manner are switchable.
