PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a radiological image conversion panel with satisfactory image quality and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This radiological image conversion panel is made by a manufacturing method used for forming a stimulable phosphor layer by coating a support body with a coating liquid prepared so that particles of stimulable phosphor derived from rare earth activated alkaline earth metal fluoride halide and water not less than 0.1 wt. % and not more than 2.0 wt. % are contained in a predetermined organic solvent.
