PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device, surely clamping both sides of a front tire part of a front wheel of a bicycle to vertically hold the whole of the bicycle, allowing a person to easily park a bicycle, allowing a passerby to easily pass the vicinity of the device, and not requiring to divide the whole of a parking space as a face so as to effectively utilize the parking space. SOLUTION: This bicycle parking device includes: a front support material 20 coming into contact with the front outer peripheral surface of a front wheel 12 of a bicycle 11; a rod-like support 30 coming into one side of the front part of the front wheel 12 and vertically erected on the road surface, the floor surface or the like; and a wheel pressor 40 coming into contact with and separated from the other side of the front part of the front wheel 12. The rod-like support 30 and the wheel pressor 40 have the hinge connecting structure in which the front outer side of the rod-like support 30 and the front outer side of the wheel pressor 40 are isolated from each other by the width of the tire in contact with the front tire of the front wheel by the action of an elastic body such as a spring. When a lever 63 is rotated clockwise to be substantially horizontal, a tension spring 61 is tensed to press the wheel pressor 40, thereby keeping clamping the front part of the front wheel 12 of the bicycle.
