PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply create a space for placing small baggages in a bench seat for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The bench seat for a vehicle includes: right and left side seats and a narrow center seat 20 disposed between the side seats. The rear end part of a seat part 21 of the center seat 20 and the lower end part of a backrest part 22 are rotatably connected to each other. A locking part is provided on one side of the seat part 21 of the center seat 20, and the locking part is removably locked in a receiving part provided on the seat part of one side seat, whereby the seat part 21 of the center seat 20 is supported in the state of floating from the floor of the vehicle only by the side seat through the locking part. When a first locking part is detached from a first receiving part, the seat part 21 of the center seat 20 can be erected so that a space for placing small baggages is formed by such erecting.
