PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the resistance of air forwarding to an opening of a vent blowing out passage form a cold air passage, to surely and by a proper amount feed hot air to both of the opening for vent blowing out and an opening for a differential blowing out, and to make the temperature controllability of blowing out air suitable. SOLUTION: A heat-exchanger 3 for cooling and a heat-exchanger 4 for heating are arranged in a unit case 6 in such a manner that the heat-exchanger 3 for cooling may become the rear side in a direction of vehicle advancement. At the same time, a baffle plate 18 is arranged to the merging area between a cold air passage 8 in which air having by-passed the heat-exchanger 4 for heating flows and a hot air passage 7 in which air having passed the heat-exchanger 4 for heating flows. In this case, one end section 18A of the baffle plate 18 is connected with the hot air passage 7, and the other end section 18A of the baffle plate 18 is opened on the upstream side of the boundary area between the opening 10 for vent blowing out, and the opening 11 for differential blowing out.
