PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic diaphragm for electrolytic water generation which is used for an electrolytic water generator and the like, does not reduce the effective area of the diaphragm, and does not require a lattice-type support. SOLUTION: The electrolytic diaphragm for the electrolytic water generation is made by forming fine porous linear projections at least on one side of a fine porous diaphragm base material.
