PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot stimulating health appliance for giving stimulus to a foot and promoting health. SOLUTION: The foot stimulating health appliance comprises: a foot stimulating main body 1 wherein a part of an expansible ring shape belt body 2 is formed in a heel hook part 3 and a part opposing to it is formed in a main toe hook part 4; an expansible ring shape instep touch member 5 for horizontally winding the foot to be orthogonally crossed with right and left side belt parts 2a, 2b and to be attached by fixing to one or both of the side belt parts 2a, 2b which are formed between the heel hook part 3 of the ring shape belt body 2 and the main toe hook part 4 in the foot stimulating main body 1; and a sub-toe hook member 6 constituted of an expansible band, whose proximal end is fitted to one of the side belt parts 2a, 2b and whose distal end is freely attached/detached to/from the ring shape belt body 2.
