USE OF ATP OR DERIVATIVES IN MEDICINE

摘要

We disclose that ATP is capable of binding to and activating the BACH-Gprotein coupled receptor (BACH-GPCR). We describe methods of identifying a compound or an agent which is capable of modulating the ability of ATP to activate the BACH-GPCR. We also describe using ATP or derivatives thereof or modulators of the binding between ATP and the BACH-GPCR for treating diseases associated with BACH-GPCR.
