<p>The display is mounted on the wall of the road or rail tunnel. When the vehicle, e.g. train, passes the edge of the advertising panel, it lights up and moves in the same direction as the vehicle. Its speed depends on the speed of the passing vehicles. The passenger of the vehicle can therefore observe the display for a longer period of time. The attention with which the display is viewed is further improved by a generally darker background in the tunnel. The display is formed by depositing material on a foil or other carrier, which is illuminated, or by simulating using LED diodes.</p> |
