<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a disk shaped recording medium comprising two or more information layers that can form uniform spacer layers between the recording layer surfaces by suppressing their film thickness variations. <P>SOLUTION: After applying energy beam curable resin 13 to the inner area of a first information layer formed on a disk shaped base, a stamper 14 having a transfer surface 15 is disposed so that it faces the disk shaped base 11. The disk shaped base is rotated to spin coat the energy beam curable resin between the disk shaped base and the stamper. The energy beam curable resin is irradiated with the energy beam by turning the disk shaped base in a way the irradiated surface spreads from the inside to the outside. In the process of irradiating with the energy beam, the irradiation is started by maintaining the revolution speed to make the film of the energy beam curable resin as thick as predetermined in the inner periphery side of the disk shaped substrate, then the revolution speed and the irradiation area are changed step by step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
