<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent LED lighting device having no cooling fan, exerting a sufficient heat radiation effect even if a plurality of LED lamps are mounted as the LED lighting device with high brightness of which the weight is sufficiently reduced for the use of stage illumination. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device is formed by arranging so that an LED base plate 2 having a plurality of LED lamps 20 arranged in an array on a surface and a wiring pattern 23 of the LED lamps 20 arranged on the front and rear face, and control base plates 3 electrically connected to the wiring pattern 23 controlling the LED lamps 20 face each other in a cabinet 1 having an opening 11 with the opening 11 as an irradiation face.
