PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high specific gravity and plasticity equivalent to or higher than those of lead, and provide heat resistance sufficiently durable to friction heat when shot. SOLUTION: This device is composed of composite material having composition containing thermoplastic resin by 2.0-4.0 wt%, thermosetting resin by 0.3-1.0 wt%, powder of one or more substances selected out of a group of iron, nickel, and copper by 5-20 wt%, and tungsten powder or tungsten alloy powder and unavoidable impurities for the rest, and conditioned to have a specific gravity of 10-13.
