PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch block capable of improving water collecting and draining capability and a view when it rains and landscape and reducing rattling noise caused by running of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This side ditch block is constituted in such a way that an upper face shape of a side ditch block main body and the lid slab is a plate shape, a substantially V shape or a one-side inclined shape, an L shape or a flat shape, one to a few of slit holes are provided in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction in a central part of the lid slab or a shallow water collection groove communicating with the slit holes is arranged, and a semicylindrical projecting part for regulating a position in the direction of width and a projecting part for regulating a position in the direction of length are formed in the side ditch block main body and on a lid board side face, respectively.
