PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor for suppressing increase in ESLs and turning to multiple number of terminals. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a substrate 14 in which a first pair of adjacent terminals 34a, 34a formed on an upper surface 14a is connected to a second pair of terminals 34b, 34b, corresponding to the first pair of terminals 34a, 34a formed on a lower surface 14b by a via hole 34 penetrating in the thickness direction; and solid electrolytic capacitor elements 12C, 12D arranged side by side on the upper surface 14a of the substrate 14. The anode of the solid electrolytic capacitor element 12D is connected to one terminal of the first pair of terminals, and the cathode of the second solid electrolytic capacitor element 12C is connected to other terminals of the first pair of terminals, thus suppressing increase in the ESLs and increasing the number of terminals in the solid electrolytic capacitor 10.
