PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel excellent in applicability and used in the room or the like of a building structure. SOLUTION: In the decorative panel constituted by laminating a decorative sheet on a woody panel, tongue and groove joint processing is applied to the side surface of the decorative panel and an aligning recessed or protruded part is provided to the region subjected to the tongue and groove joint processing.
