<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which corrosion and a short circuit in a control part are prevented and reliability is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A cabinet 12 of the fuel cell has a first area, a second area, and a bulkhead 42 for partitioning the first area and the second area. A power generation part 7 installed in the first area has an electromotive part 52 for carrying out power generation by a chemical reaction, and a fuel tank for housing the fuel.
