<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a green sheet which shows a good sheet characteristic with few sheet defect and good releasability, and the green sheet obtained thereby. <P>SOLUTION: On a support 11, a first layer 12 is formed using a first slurry containing a first solvent which is a good solvent for an organic binder and a second solvent which is a poor solvent therefor and has a boiling point higher than that of the first solvent as organic solvents.
