<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet, by which a fully satisfactorily highly dense printed product high in the transfer sensitivity and transfer efficiency of dye at thermal transfer even under high-speed printing conditions can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer image receiving sheet, in which a sublimating dye accepting layer is formed on at least one side of a base material sheet, a binder resin comprising the accepting layer is made of a mixture of a resin material having a storage modulus G' [Pa] at 80°C under frequency of 1 kHz of not more than 10<SP>4</SP>and a resin material having that of at least 10<SP>5</SP>or is made of a mixture of a resin material having a loss modulus G" [Pa] at 80°C under frequency of 1 kHz of less than 10<SP>5</SP>and a resin material having that of at least 10<SP>5</SP>. As a result, dye diffusibility is improved in the dye accepting layer and a fully satisfactorily highly dense printed product high in the transfer sensitivity and thermal efficiency of dye at thermal transfer even under high-speed printing conditions becomes to be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
