<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the wiring route of modules for easily connecting modules without largely deteriorating power conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Respective modules are grouped into a plurality of strings, and the two or more combinations of strings are prepared so that the total value of the output voltages of the modules belonging to those respective strings can be within the specific voltage range of a power conditioner. Then, those respective strings are assigned to an arrangement area 24 so that the modules arranged along a boundary between at least two adjacent strings in the arrangement region can be arrayed in the line direction or column direction, and a wiring route where the modules belonging to those respective assigned strings are serially connected is prepared. Thus, the strings can output an output voltage within the specific voltage range, and the power conversion efficiency of a power conditioner can be prevented from being largely deteriorated.
