<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing food manufacture history information that makes it possible to manage hood manufacture history information including workers' sanitary conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The system for managing food manufacture history information, for use in a food factory with manufacture lines allocated to different rooms for different processes, includes a history management database 70 having a worker database in which the basic data of each worker 82 having an RFID 84 recording an ID number are recorded along with the ID number, an admitted person database for recording the admission of each worker into each room, and a food manufacture history database for recording food manufacture histories; and an RFID reading part 90 for reading the ID number on the RFID 84 of each worker 82.
