<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information from a desired object in an industry association or the like which does have customer information. <P>SOLUTION: In a customer information management organ 20, when conditions are specified in the information collecting server 10, customer information satisfying the conditions is extracted from among a customer information database 30, identification information is set for each object person by regarding a customer by the customer information as an object person of information collection, and the identification information is notified to the information collecting server 10. In the information collecting server 10, the identification information, notified from the customer information management organ 20, is appended to software for collecting information via the Internet 40 by operation in user terminals 50-1 to 50-n, and the software is provided to the customer information management organ 20.
