<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an event visitor management/analysis system, which allows everybody to smoothly enter, and which can feed back activities of visitors as information utilized in marketing to an exhibitor side. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: a scanning device for creating image data of personal identification information recording media of the visitors; an OCR device for converting the scanning image data into text data; an event side reader/writer terminal A for writing the text data from the OCR device to contactless IC chips, which are admission tickets mounting the contactless IC chips for recording the text data; an event side reader/writer terminal B for reading the personal identification information of the visitors written in the admission tickets in entering/exiting; several or more exhibitor side reader/writer terminals for reading the personal identification information of the visitors written in the admission tickets and also writing for the exhibitor side; and a server computer and a database for management/analysis of the personal specific information of the visitors and activities information obtained by writing of the exhibitor side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
