<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bottle, which enables a person to easily apply a force for opening to a stopper without impairing easiness in gripping the stopper. <P>SOLUTION: The synthetic resin bottle holds a liquid of less than 1,000 ml, and comprises a mouth (11) on which the stopper is screwed, a shoulder (12) which is formed to widen the outer diameter of the bottle consecutively from the mouth (11), and a trunk (13) continuous with the shoulder (12).
