PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up a flexible and a low cost system capable of easily selecting an optional destination as a control object on the basis of images imaged by a plurality of cameras. SOLUTION: An information terminal 3 selects an image from images acquired from the cameras 4 via a LAN 30, displays the selected image and detects a selective operation performed by a user on the image, a communication control apparatus 1 acquires image identification information denoting the image selected and displayed by the information terminal 3 and selected positional information denoting a selected position on the image by the selective operation by an acquisition means 15A, and uses related information 16A to determine the control object on the basis of the image identification information and the selective positional information by a determining means 15B.
