PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter which transmits divided packets continuously from a station while improving the transmission efficiency to avoid the time out at the receive side. SOLUTION: A communication controller 22 in an access point apparatus 10 comprises a received packet analyzing processor 30 for analyzing the header contents of received packets to output MoreFrag bits and a transmission source address, a received packet phase counter 50 for counting the phase of received packets with the trigger of a received packet enable signal, a transmitted packet input unit 42 for inputting transmitted packet data, a transmission address input unit 44 for inputting a transmission address to designate an operating unit for the transmitted packet data, a CF-Poll request input unit 46 for inputting a next transmission permit request, a transmission packet generating processor 60 for generating transmission packets, based on the MoreFrag bits, a transmission source address, the transmitted packet data, a destination address and the next transmission permit request, and a transmission packet timing controller 70 for outputting the generated transmission packets at a timing based on the control of a transmission timing controller 64.
