PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug which exhibits an agonistic action on both dopamine D<SB>2</SB>-receptor and serotonin 5-HT<SB>1A</SB>-receptor and is useful as a drug for the treatment, prevention, and improvement of Parkinson's disease. SOLUTION: A compound which is described is represented by formula (1) [wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>are each hydrogen, a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyl group or the like; and R<SP>4</SP>is represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>10</SP>and R<SP>11</SP>are each hydrogen, a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyl group or the like; E is a single bond, -O- or the like; B is a single bond, an aliphatic heterocycle, an aromatic heterocycle or the like; Q is hydrogen, a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyloxycarbonyl group or the like; and n is an integer of 1-10)], and its prodrug and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are described.
