摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoball structure and a nanocomposite structure which are each made of a metastable metal oxide and can be individually operated or controlled. SOLUTION: The nanoball structure is composed of a particle body made of the metastable metal oxide and a nanoball part made of the same metastable metal oxide as that of the particle body. The nanoball part is integrally formed on the particle body so that it sticks out from the circumference of the particle body. The nanocomposite structure is composed of a nanowire part which is made of the metastable metal oxide and has a prescribed length and a nanoball part integrally formed at the tip of the nanowire part.
