PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crush and buckle stabling and controlling device for a frame capable of restraining bending deformation and capable of crushing and buckling the frame even when the frame is long. SOLUTION: The crush and buckle stabling and controlling device 1 is provided with a joint mechanism 2 for rotatably connecting a side frame SF divided into two, a sensing sheet 3 for detecting the bending moment applied to the side frame SF, an electromagnetic brake mechanism 4 for restricting rotation of the joint mechanism 2, and a control device 6 for releasing restriction of the joint mechanism 2 by the electromagnetic brake mechanism 4 when the bending moment detected by the sensing sheet 3 is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
