PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector easy for insert molding, and capable of reducing generation of resin burrs. SOLUTION: This connector 10 is provided with a resin body part 12, and a rod-like metal terminal member 14 insert-molded in the resin body part 12. The one end part 14b side of this metal terminal member 14 protrude to the external space of the resin body part 12 from a prescribed part 14a. The metal terminal member 12 is almost in the shape of a cone the cross section of which gradually decreases as it goes toward one end part 14b from the prescribed part 14a.
