FIELD: technology for production of pectin extract from vegetable raw materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes subsequent extraction of citrus refuses with ethyl acetate and, after extract separation, with liquid carbon dioxide; then solid phase is hydrolytically extracted and after that liquid phase is separated. Liquid phase is optionally concentrated or dried. ^ EFFECT: decreased pectin losses. |
