A membrane for the regeneration of tissue, which is permeable for the exchange of nutrients, incorporates a surface to be placed onto a bone to be regenerated and moved for the callus distraction. The surface has a device for the biological adhesion of osteoblasts and/or growing-in of vessels. Independent claims are included for the following: (a) a device having the membrane; and (b) tissue regeneration and bone regeneration through callus distraction involving bonding the membrane to the tissue or vital bone location to be regenerated and moving it away from the tissue for the distraction at a certain speed.
