<p>PURPOSE: An extrusion pelletizer for recycling waste resin is provided to recycle the disused scrap into pellet having the same constituents as original raw material so that disused scrap generated when producing various film products from extruder is recycled to produce products. CONSTITUTION: The extrusion pelletizer(100) for recycling waste resin comprises a waste resin injection means for injecting waste resin scrap continuously produced from equipment for producing various resin products; a kneading means(120) comprising a kneading screw(121) for transferring the waste resin scrap to the front end of the kneading screw and kneading the waste resin scrap as rotating the waste resin scrap injected into the rear end of the kneading screw by the waste resin injection means, and a screw driving motor(122) for rotationally driving the kneading screw so that the waste resin injected by the waste resin injection means is kneaded; a heating cylinder(130) for melting the waste resin by applying heat to the waste resin kneaded by the kneading means; an extrusion die(140) which is installed adjacently to the front end of the kneading means, and on which a plurality of nozzles(142) are formed to extrude molten resin inside the heating cylinder to the outside; a molten resin cutting means(150) for cutting the molten resin extruded to the outer surface of the extrusion die through the plurality of nozzles to granular pellet so that the granular pellet is used as a raw material for recycling the waste resin; and a pellet collecting means(160) for cooling the resin raw material as collecting pellet shaped resin raw material having the same constituents as raw material of the resin product producing equipment after the molten resin is cut by the molten resin cutting means.</p> |
