摘要 FIELD: physicochemical technologies for producing heat, hydrogen, and oxygen. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has housing made of insulating material, cover also made of insulating material, anode, cathode, and working solution admission pipe. Anode is made in the form of vertical cylinder disposed in anode space. Cylindrical cathode is inserted in dielectric rod and the latter is turned into housing by means of thread coaxially with cover axial hole that functions as cathode space. Anode space communicates with cathode space through clearance between butt-end surface of dielectric rod and bottom end surface of cover for adjusting this clearance by axial displacement of dielectric rod.
