FIELD: technology for production of pectin-containing food additive. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes refuse washing with subsequent washing water separation, addition therein of sodium chloride and treatment on cation-exchange resin in H+-form; refuse hydrolysis-extraction with treated washing water; separation of pectin extract-containing phase, neutralization and demineralization thereof on anion-exchange resin in OH--form; and concentration to produce target product. In process of hydrolysis-extraction pressure in reaction mixture is periodically dissipated up to value, which provides liquid phase boiling, and increased again up to starting value. ^ EFFECT: increased pectin yield with simultaneous decreasing of technological cycle time. |
