FIELD: valving. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve has a housing. The housing is provided with inlet and outlet passages and receives two valve gates connected with the rod, which is set in motion by an actuator. The first relief valve gate is made of a step bushing-plunger, which embraces the rod. The bushing-plunger is mounted for permitting axial motion and locking in the end positions. The relief valve gate and valve control gate are axially aligned. The relief valve gate cooperates with the sealing member in the end position and overlaps the relief opening in the control valve gate. The control valve gate is provided with the sealing surface and is mounted in the seat with the sealing member. The seat is piping and is provided with beveled openings. The openings are extended downstream up to the sealing member. The inner diameter of the piping part of the seat is mating with the outer diameter of the control valve gate. The control valve gate is mounted for permitting movements through the relief valve gate along the piping section of the seat from the sealing member. Downstream of the sealing surface, the control valve gate is piping, is provided with radial openings, and connects the inlet passage with the outlet passage. ^ EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced reliability. ^ 1 dwg |
