摘要 <p>This invention is related to the recovery method of precious metals from waste catalysts. More particularly, this invention is related to the recovery s method of platinum series metals from automobile waste catalysts or alumina waste catalysts containing the precious metals. The recovery method of precious metal from waste catalyst of the invention is comprised of following steps: adding the reduction agent containing moisture to waste catalyst and pulverizing the catalyst to have the grain size below 20 to microns; extracting the precious metals by wet process; and filtering the precious metals. After said pulverizing, the catalyst is solved by nitrohydrochloric acid, filtered and washed to remove carrier, and the acid solution is concentrated. After concentration step, ammonium chloride is added to the solution to precipitate is precious metal, and the precipitated metal is filtered. Aluminium scrap is added to the residue to precipitate precious metal, and the precipitated metal is filtered and recovered.</p>
