FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing pain syndrome in patients with vertebral osteochondrosis. One should form per 2 openings at 1.0-1.5 mm diameter and for 1.0-1.5 cm depth in area of articular processes of 2-4 adjacent vertebra due to surgical laser that provides better growing of connective tissue in area of articular processes. The present method removes pains and doesn't affect vertebral function. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of functional spondylodesis. |
