The present invention refers to a tool that simplifies or allows hydrocarbons to be extracted. The device comprises a novel system that provides a production column with heat in a direct manner so as to dissolve greases and paraffins in pipelines that extract hydrocarbons, reducing the viscosity of the product as well as increasing the production of oil in a substantial manner; and in most cases allowing said process to be obtained. The device is electrically operated, thereby transforming power into heat, such as a resistance; the unblocking system provides a turbing with an amount of heat at a temperature no more than 80 degree C in order to replace the heat lost in the ground, therefore maintaining the temperature of the fluid within the optimum ranges of production.
