ACTIVE MATRIX DISPLAY DEVICE

An active matrix display device is provided to reduce a voltage between a source and a drain of each TFT(Thin Film Transistor), connected to a pixel electrode, thereby reducing an off-current and improving display characteristic of the display device. The first TFT(101), the second TFT(102), and the third TFT(103) are connected to a pixel electrode. The first and the second TFTs are connected to a gate signal line and the third TFT is connected to a storage line. The first TFT, the second TFT, and the third TFT between the first and the second TFTs are serially connected. One of the first and the second TFTs is connected to an image signal line and the other of the first and the second TFTs is connected to the pixel electrode. The third TFT is activated by a signal from the storage line, even when a signal from the gate line is not applied to the first and the second TFTs.
