An opening/closing mechanism has flat ceramic discs compressed by a spring which is fixed to an inner rotating shaft. The rotational movement of control is transmitted to the opening/closing mechanism by inner rotating shaft. The disk are formed with air passages to supply air into inner chamber of the tap.
