The splint has a continuous fore-arm dorsal wall with a ventral finger support. The wall has two velvet Velcro straps (5,6) opposite to which an adhesive hook Velcro strip (7) is placed. Another strip (15) is placed at level of wrist. A thumb is articulated on the wall at the level of the wrist by a rivet (4). An assembly of an insertion clip (1) and hook attachment (2) forms point of fixation of the thumb.
